Signature Partner sponsorship provides visibility, both through the NJHIMA website and email communications as well as in person events for a full calendar year.

Signature Partners are exclusively entitled to:

• Company listing, description and logo on Signature Partner page on the NJHIMA website, with link to Signature Partner website
• Logo on the NJHIMA homepage
• Logo on all NJHIMA member email blasts
• Advertising rate of $50 for each 90 day job posting
• Ability to post company information/news and industry related articles on NJHIMA Facebook page*
• Opportunity to co-sponsor an NJHIMA Quarterly Education meeting with the ability to have no more than two (2) representatives present. The representative may provide a brief introduction of the company during the meeting.
• Representatives do not have to pay to attend as Signature Partners unless the representative is also attending for CE credits, then the member or non-member registration fee is to be paid.
• Ability to have marketing information available at the registration desk for quarterly meetings. Marketing material is limited to one flyer or single page brochure.
• Use of the NJHIMA logo on company website designating the company as an NJHIMA Signature Partner.
• Company name and logo listed as a Signature Partner in Annual Meeting printed program and signage.
• Prime location at NJHIMA Annual Meeting Exhibit Hall with 15% discount on booth package. (Fees for the exhibit booth packages are in addition to the Signature Partner annual fee.)
