Prepayment is required for all trade tables. Either pay online, or make sure your check arrives to us by June 10, 2010. If paying by check, address for mailing payment will be included on your confirmation email.

Exhibitors must also submit a full, paid convention registration, found also on this WhosComing site.

Special requests for table locations (e.g., next to another vendor) should be noted in the "special request" section. We will do our best to accommodate all requests, but we cannot guarantee every request. Requests will be honored on a first come, first served basis, with payment.

If you need more than three tables or three electrical connections, please check multiple choices, i.e. check two tables and 3 tables if you need 5. If you need more than six, please email us first (contact info at the convention website).

Table Helpers
You may purchase as many two-day, transferable Trade Fair Helper badges as needed for people working at your tables. The badges provide entry only to the Trade Fair, not to other Convention venues. Convention registrants may work at your tables for no additional cost.

As soon as all applications have been received and processed, we will advise and confirm space assignment. When you check in for registration, a schedule and other information will be included in your registration package. Check for table location with the trade fair chairman at setup. No refunds after June 30, 2010.

WAIVER
All trade fair exhibitors much agree to this waiver by checking the box on the form to the left.
I, the exhibitor, agree to waive all claims against the National Stereoscopic Association (NSA), and/or its individual members for any losses sustained by myself or my representative, family, guest, or assistants. All items are shown or offered for sale at the risk of the Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees to authenticity of all items sold. The NSA and/or its members assume no liability to or for any person, thing or property.
