Social Diva is hosting an all-day retreat in honor of self-help guru Gabrielle Bernstein and her new book, ‘Add More ~ing To Your Life: A Hip Guide to Happiness.’ The sassy motivational speaker wants to shift your happiness from the outside to the inside, and this begins at a gathering place of great health, wellness and peace of mind: The spa.

The Line Up: Sunday, Feb. 21, beginning at 1-2 p.m. with a guided meditation and lecture, followed by a book signing with Gabrielle. Spend the rest of the afternoon unwind~ing poolside or spa~ing it up, ‘til singer Skye Dyer’s soulful sunset performance.

The Standard Spa Miami Beach sets the serene scene for what will surely be a holistic experience. Offering massages and acupuncture by appointment, a soak in a therapeutic Turkish Hamam bath, or a blissful float in the pool and lounge chair poolside, a diva could get used to this.

Divas pay $25 for the guided meditation and lecture, which includes a signed book; or, $65 in advance ($70 day of) for the meditation, lecture, and all day pool and spa access. Now that is a divine spa day.

Initially, it’s all about the excuse to be pampered. But at the end of the day, diva, the real TLC will come from within.
